Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annually

Who You Are:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level professional support to the Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Board of Directors.
What You Will Work On:
- Responsible for a broad variety of executive support for the Executive Director including managing the calendar, anticipating and managing workflow, completing expense reports, preparing correspondence, compiling meeting materials, maintaining filing systems, general recordkeeping, and phone reception for the Executive Office.
- Support the Chief Financial Officer in areas such as compiling meeting materials and preparing correspondence, scanning documents, as well as managing their calendar.
- Work closely and effectively with those the Executive Assistant support to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Provide support to the Board of Directors by managing the meeting calendar, arranging for meeting facilities and meals, attending meetings, serving as a the recording secretary for the Board, preparing meeting materials and notifications, meeting minute preparation and approval, and maintain permanent records of minutes and resolutions.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
What You Bring:
Education, Certifications, and Licensure Requirements/Preferences
- Bachelor's Degree (4-Year Program) or equivalent lived and or worked experience.
Experience Requirements/Preferences
- Minimum of five years' experience working as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant. Preferably in a non-profit environment; supporting senior level management, as well as a Board of Directors.
- Experience assisting a non-profit Board with the administration of governance matters, to include meeting minute preparation and approval, bylaws compliance, and support of board officers required.
- High level ability to effectively work with standard office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint required.
Background and MVR Screening:
Satisfactory results from pre-employment criminal and civil background screening required. Motor vehicle records (MVR) review required as needed.
