Immediate Opening for a CDL Driver
Colorado | Full-Time | Local Work | Home Daily
$28–$35 per hour + Overtime + Bonuses
We’re a small, family-owned company looking for experienced CDL Dump Truck Drivers who want steady work, fair pay, and to be treated like a person — not a truck number.

PAY & HOURS
• $28–$35 per hour (based on experience)
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Steady hours during the busy season
• Seasonal work with strong demand — plenty of OT available during peak months
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Operating dump trucks hauling dirt, gravel, asphalt, and construction materials
• Local routes — home daily
• Job site and road operation with a strong focus on safety
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Keeping your assigned truck clean, organized, and job-ready at all times
• Communicating effectively with dispatch and job site personnel
REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Valid CDL
• CDL dump truck experience
• Clean driving record and clean driving history
• Strong safety mindset and work ethic
• Reliable and professional — we depend on our drivers
