Position: Bilingual Spanish/English Sales Representative
We’re looking for Hungry Money Motivated Bilingual Sales Reps who have experience selling and closing home improvement-type sales including Windows, Roofing, Kitchen/Bath Remodels, HVAC, and Solar.
You will be conducting water tests with qualified, scheduled and confirmed appointments on a daily basis.
✅EARN $150,000 to $350,000 PER YEAR

✅ HOT LEADS SCHEDULED QUALIFIED & CONFIRMED FOR YOU DAILY
Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers at scheduled appointments throughout Miami-Dade County
- Conduct water evaluation tests and explain results
- Educate homeowners about available solutions and systems
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate options
- Build trust and provide a positive customer experience
- Sell water treatment systems according to needs and budget of homeowner
- Complete necessary paperwork
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in home improvement sales (solar, windows, roofing kitchen & bath, HVAC)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable meeting homeowners in person
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be current resident of Miami Dade and able to go to appointments within Miami-Dade
Compensation:
- Earn $125,000–$250,000+
