Job DescriptionPosition: Production Associate (Entry-Level) Location: Loveland, CO Pay: $16.50 – 18/ hr Schedule: Full-time | Multiple Shifts AvailableJob Summary:We're hiring entry-level Production Associates to support daily food production in a clean, team-oriented bakery setting. You'll rotate through tasks such as mixing, baking, packaging, and cleaning. No experience required—just a strong work ethic and reliability.What You’ll Do:

<li>Work on a rotating line handling mixing, baking, and packaging</li>
<li>Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines</li>
<li>Lift and move ingredients and finished products (up to 50 lbs occasionally)</li>
<li>Keep work areas clean and organized</li>
<li>Follow instructions and work well with others</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Comfortable with repetitive tasks and a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Able to follow instructions in English or Spanish</li>
<li>Prior manufacturing or food-handling experience is a plus but not required</li>
</ul>
