Position 1: Lead HVAC Installer

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and indoor air quality equipment
• Fabricate and install ductwork as needed
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Train and mentor apprentice and junior installers
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions

Position 2: HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and indoor air quality systems
• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers
• Accurately document service calls and completed work
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Blue Ridge professionally

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• EPA Certification preferred
• Experience servicing multiple HVAC brands and equipment types
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
