On behalf of our client we are looking for an Executive Assistant to support a CEO with exceptional organization, discretion, and sound judgment. This role is responsible for keeping daily priorities on track, preparing clear communications, and coordinating meetings, travel, and related logistics. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and skilled at anticipating needs before they become urgent.
Compensation: $65,165 - $100,000
8am-5pm Hybrid flexible, no set days
Medical, Dental Vision, 403(b) a match
Up to 21 days PTO annually, 9 Sick Days, 6 Paid holidays

Responsibilities:
• Manage the executive’s calendar
• Prepare correspondence, memos, and follow-up communications
• Coordinate travel plans and related arrangements
• Track emerging business needs and scheduling conflicts
• Support meeting preparation by organizing agendas, materials, research, and background
• Assist with project and event coordination
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with board members, senior leaders, and other internal and external stakeholders
• Process and organize expense-related documentation
• Demonstrated experience supporting an executive or senior leader in a high-demand administrative environment.
• Strong calendar management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and frequent schedule changes.
• Experience arranging travel, coordinating executive meetings, and managing related logistics with accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills, including drafting clear correspondence and executive-level documents.
• Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and represent leadership effectively.
• Strong organizational and research capabilities, with close attention to detail and follow-through.
• Bachelors degree is required
