Join an expanding team supporting ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families in a collaborative family office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, problem-solving, and working directly with clients and other outside parties while developing expertise across all areas of personal financial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain personal financial models to assist with decisions including balance sheets, cash flow forecasts, and asset allocation analyses
  • Support comprehensive financial planning across tax, investment, estate, and insurance domains
  • Assist with income tax planning, preparation, coordination, and reconciliations
  • Periodic investment review and ongoing administration
  • Prepare analyses and materials for client meetings and ongoing planning initiatives
  • Communicate with external partners including attorneys, insurance agents, accountants, banks, custodians, investment managers, and client family staff.
  • Own deliverables across multiple client relationships
  • Respond to client needs and manage day-to-day issues to ensure a high level of client service
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge across financial planning disciplines

Licensing & Development

  • Opportunity to obtain Series 65 and/or life insurance licenses
  • Exposure to advanced planning strategies across multiple disciplines
  • Ongoing professional development through regular training
  • Potential for attending conferences to grow knowledge and network

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, accounting, tax, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general financial analysis tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting financial data
  • CPA, auditing, or tax experience is a plus
