Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Knowledge of various speech and language disorders
• Commitment to collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and assessments to identify students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans in accordance with IEPs
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support students overall educational goals
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and relevant training
