Alice & Monarch is a dual-experiential hospitality venue opening in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Alice is a Mediterranean-inspired fine dining taverna—warm, soulful, intentional. Monarch is an elevated cocktail lounge and event space — refined, magnetic, alive. Two experiences under one roof, united by a single standard: everything we do is in service of making someone's night unforgettable.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are hiring multiple Restaurant Managers to join our opening leadership team. But let's be clear about what this is — and what it isn't.
We are not looking for people who clock in and clock out. We are not looking for people who treat hospitality as a stepping stone, a fallback, or something that pays the bills while they figure out the rest. If that's where you are right now, we respect it — but this isn't the place.
We are looking for people who light up when a dining room is full. Who notice the guest at table twelve whose water glass has been empty for thirty seconds. Who understand that a perfectly timed course isn't logistics — it's a form of care.
Who believe that a restaurant, at its best, is one of the last great theaters of human connection.

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
As a Restaurant Manager at Alice & Monarch, you will own the guest experience from the moment someone walks through the door to the moment they leave — and every detail in between. You will lead nightly service across either Alice or Monarch, manage and mentor front-of-house staff, uphold standards of hospitality and execution that we refuse to compromise on, and contribute to the culture of a team that treats each other with the same care we give our guests.
You will partner closely with the General Manager/Executive Chef/Owner to ensure that every shift reflects who we are. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will be on the floor, in the weeds, and in the conversation, every night.
