Position Overview
The OR RN Clinical Manager serves as a pivotal leader in the delivery of patient-centered surgical excellence at LaVie. This role oversees the operating room, clinical staff, supply chain operations, and anesthesia coordination, while maintaining continuous compliance with Quad A standards.
The ideal candidate is a skilled surgical nurse with leadership experience, a refined clinical presence, and the ability to anticipate and elevate every detail of patient care.
Core Responsibilities
Surgical & Clinical Oversight

Supervise and support the perioperative process for all surgical procedures, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision.

Lead and manage the clinical team, including pre-op, PACU, and aesthetic/wellness nursing staff.

Serve as circulating and/or scrub RN as needed to support optimal OR flow.

Coordinate surgical calendars, provider schedules, and procedural readiness.
Anesthesia Coordination

Schedule anesthesia providers in alignment with surgical volume and patient needs.

Ensure all anesthesia documentation and patient records are complete and Quad A compliant.

Act as the primary liaison with anesthesia teams.
Medical Supply & Inventory Management

Oversee all medical and surgical ordering for office and OR, including implants, biologics, medications, and disposables.

Maintain par levels, ensure cost-effective purchasing, and manage vendor relationships.

Anticipate upcoming procedural needs and proactively manage inventory flow.
Accreditation & Compliance

Maintain LaVie Institute’s Quad A accreditation through meticulous adherence to policies, protocols, and documentation standards.

Lead periodic inspections, internal audits, drills, and safety initiatives.

Serve as compliance liaison for state, federal, and accreditation-related regulations.
Team Leadership & Training

Provide clinical mentorship, training, and ongoing education to nursing and support staff.

Lead daily huddles and weekly team meetings to optimize communication and care delivery.

Support onboarding and competency evaluations for new hires.
Qualifications
-
Active Colorado RN license (BSN preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of perioperative nursing experience, including leadership or charge RN roles.

Familiarity with ambulatory surgery centers and cosmetic plastic surgery procedures.

Experience with Quad A, AAAASF, or similar accreditation standards.

Strong organizational and communication skills with a calm, professional presence.
