Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time position is available supporting elementary students with emotional impairments and/or autism in a school setting located in Acton, MA. This role involves providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support both inside and outside of inclusion classrooms. The position is a contract assignment slated to begin ASAP and continue through June 18, 2026, with two openings available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized behavioral support to students exhibiting challenging behaviors
- Work closely with elementary caseloads in inclusion and non-inclusion settings
- Collaborate with school staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Maintain documentation and communication regarding student progress
- Comply with all school policies and complete required background checks
Qualifications:
- Experience providing behavioral support in school environments is required
- Open to candidates holding paraprofessional certification or active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) licensure
- High school diploma required for paraprofessionals; active RBT credential required for RBT candidates
- Must be able to pass CORI and fingerprint clearance
- Candidates should understand that BCBA supervision will not be provided by the district and must disclose this upfront
