Shipping Specialist
Job Description
Our client is seeking a systems-driven Shipping Lead to elevate warehouse operations through speed, accuracy, and scalability. This hands-on leader will own outbound execution, drive continuous improvement, and lead a high-performance team in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily outbound shipping operations to meet accuracy, timeliness, and SLA goals
Implement lean processes to streamline workflows and increase throughput
Operate and optimize within shipping and order management systems (OrderTime, ShipStation)
Track and improve KPIs including on-time shipments, error rates, and throughput
Ensure data accuracy for IMEIs, serials, and labels
Train, coach, and hold the team accountable to performance standards
Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, Tech, and Operations to remove bottlenecks
Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards
Own the customer experience through flawless execution

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
5+ years warehouse experience
3+ years in shipping or logistics leadership
Strong process improvement background
Proficient in ShipStation, Excel, and Google Sheets
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail-driven with strong ownership mentality
