Location: Farmington, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM for the first month; part-time schedule of 1–4 days per week during the second month
Pay: $64.27/hour

Job Overview
A-Line Staffing is seeking a licensed Compounding Pharmacist for an onsite opportunity in Farmington, MI. This role is ideal for a pharmacy professional who is comfortable working in a patient-focused environment and handling both clinical and operational pharmacy responsibilities.
This position will begin with a full-time Monday through Friday schedule during the first month, then transition to a part-time schedule of 1–4 days weekly during the second month.
Responsibilities
- Fill prescriptions and enter prescription orders accurately
- Conduct initial and final prescription reviews
- Accept and dispense prescription medications
- Monitor patient medication compliance and usage patterns
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and pharmacy files
- Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, storage, side effects, and drug interactions
- Answer patient questions regarding prescription and over-the-counter medications
- Provide patient support services such as medication guidance and general pharmacy consultation
- Educate patients on proper use of medical devices such as blood pressure monitors and glucose meters
- Compound medications for internal and external use
- Prepare sterile solutions following proper procedures
- Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and other pharmacy staff
- Maintain inventory of pharmaceutical and medical supplies
- Identify drug-related issues and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and pharmacy interns
Requirements
- Active Michigan Pharmacist license required
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required
- Ability to work onsite in Farmington, MI
- Ability to commit to the initial full-time schedule and second-month part-time schedule
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Non-sterile compounding experience preferred
- Experience in prescription processing, verification, and patient consultation

- Month 1: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Month 2: Part-time schedule, 1–4 days weekly
