Job Description

We are looking for Assistant General Managers and Restaurant Managers in Dallas!

Growing Casual Seafood Restaurant Group is interested in finding hard-working, guest-oriented managers to help staff our growing business! Starting salary 60-70K, or 70-85K for AGMs, plus medical, dental and vision benefits! Must be able to lead restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service and food offerings on a consistent basis, promote sanitation practices, and profitability of business.

Key Characteristics:

Strong leadership and motivational skills
Great communication skills
Outstanding organization and time management skills
Is self-disciplined, motivated, and independent
Experienced and proficient in the use of basic computer technology (i.e., POS systems, Microsoft Office programs, etc.).
Customer Driven
Must possess 2-3 years’ experience as an AGM in busy full-service restaurants
