We are currently seeking an Experienced Residential Carpenter who is knowledgeable, dependable, and ready to build a long‐term career with our team.

Position Overview

You will play a key role in constructing new homes, additions, and renovation projects. This position requires strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

For the right candidate, this role also offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as skills and experience develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of residential carpentry including framing, Trim, Finish carpentry, and custom details.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Lay out and construct walls floors roofs stairs and other structural components
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and custom millwork
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
• Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, safety and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various jobsite conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
