Our organization is experiencing significant growth in the Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector, offering excellent opportunities for work-life balance, with no on-call duties or weekend shifts!

We are currently looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Uptown Rehabilitation Center in Albuquerque, NM. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $125,000, in addition to an uncapped incentive compensation productivity bonus.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities, as well as working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to provide patient-centered medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. This position is integral to achieving our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

Applicants for the Advanced Practice Provider role must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program is required, along with passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also necessary.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where applicable, APRNs must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice, while PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA for their respective states.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range

Annual Salary: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00
