<li>Must have own tools</li>
<li>Previous experience in finish carpentry</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Clean MVR </li>
<li>Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials</li>
<li>Proficient with hand tools and power tools</li>
<li>OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus, but not required </li>
</ul>
