We are seeking a detail-oriented Aerospace Quality Control Inspector to ensure all manufactured components and assemblies meet strict aerospace standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with precision measuring tools, inspection processes, and compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect aerospace components, assemblies, and materials for compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.) to verify dimensions and tolerances.

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections, documenting results accurately.

• Identify nonconformances and work with production/engineering teams to resolve issues.

• Maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation in accordance with quality system requirements.
