  • Guide patients through insurance coverage, pre-authorizations, estimates, deposits, and out-of-pocket costs.
  • Coordinate scheduling for procedures, follow-ups, and consultations while ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Monitor patient adherence to care plans, identify gaps in treatment, and proactively re-engage patients when needed.
  • Communicate costs and payment expectations clearly and confidently, helping patients understand their options.
  • Influence and encourage patients to stay on track with their recommended treatment-similar to a consultative/sales-style approach.
  • Partner with physicians, surgeons, and clinical teams to maintain smooth workflow and strong patient outcomes.

  • Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to collaborate with providers and discuss medical terminology confidently.
  • Flexibility to support nearby clinics if needed.

Nice to Have:
