Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist in Illinois
- Experience with comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Familiarity with MTSS, IEP processes, and Section 504 plans
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple schools or district departments
- Prior experience in school-based psychological services is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ academic and behavioral needs
- Interpret data and provide recommendations for individualized interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Support the implementation of district-wide academic and behavioral programs
- Contribute expertise to school-wide mental health initiatives and prevention programming
- Serve as a resource for colleagues regarding best practices in student support
