Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, production-focused pharmacy setting. Ideal candidates bring experience in prescription entry, data accuracy, and pharmacy systems. Long-term care or closed-door experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate prescription data entry and record maintenance
- Support dispensing and fulfillment operations
- Assist with blister packaging for long-term care communities
- Operate automated dispensing systems as trained
- Communicate with providers and care communities as needed
- Maintain strict HIPAA and regulatory compliance
- Support daily operational workflows and documentation
Qualifications
- Active Certified Pharmacy Technician license required
- Prior pharmacy experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and production accuracy
- Comfort with pharmacy software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Commitment to confidentiality and patient care standards
