Total Compensation: $72,000 – $109,000

  • Base salary + achievable bi-weekly rewards based on client engagement

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

  • Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services

Required SkillsWhat You’ll Need

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required 
  • Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states is required
