The North Seattle area started in 2024 and has been one of the fastest growing territories in the history of the franchise and represents the territory roughly between I-90 and the Canadian border.
Our profitable, growing franchise is seeking a full time Plumbing Production Manager to lead our production team. This job will provide the opportunity to help mature our operations and build out newer territory for a nationally recognized home improvement brand.
Reporting into the General Manager, we are seeking someone capable of overseeing ~8 weekly bathroom installs and the ability to grow that capability over time into 10, 12, 14.
We currently have a team of 4-8 installers/helpers, and a warehouse manager who would report directly into this role.
This person will be a key leader and pivotal to our continued success.

Responsibilities:
1. Warehousing & Inventory

Oversee and manage the warehouse and all related materials.

Supervise warehouse manager and ensure smooth job staging.

Ensure accurate tracking of job materials in/out.

Make warehouse management efficient to support installer needs.
2. Ordering

Responsible for timely and accurate ordering of all materials needed for bathroom installs.
3. Measurements

Schedule pre-installation appointments with all sold jobs prior to being handed off to production team.

Set clear expectations with customers during measure appointments (scope, layout, timeline).

Confirm site conditions and relay to ordering/install teams.
4. Scheduling

Manage the weekly production calendar with realistic job durations.

Coordinate with installers for efficiency and minimal downtime.

Schedule any additional help needed to complete the install (electrician, etc.)
5. Installation Oversight & Quality Control

Ensure installers understand each job’s scope before starting.

Confirm install is completed to quality standards.

Perform post-install quality checks with the customer.

Handle any corrections or warranty items swiftly.

Work with the GM to understand patterns of issues that arise and suggest ways to address them.

Ensure all work complies with local, state and federal rules regarding plumbing, asbestos and lead.
Qualifications:
- Holds a current plumbing license in the State of Washington.
- Ideally with previous experience running part (or all) of production at a comparable home improvement business.
- Has methodically executed strategic plans without allowing day to day execution to suffer.
- Has recruited, retained and managed installation teams of a similar size.
- Possesses an inherent scrappiness and comfort level operating in challenging environments.
- Has high build standards and knows how to hold others to those standards.
- Understands how to use basic technology tools like email, CRMs, calendar & chat.
