Ashley of Troy is looking for a dedicated leader to add to our sales floor. We are looking for an individual with retail sales and management experience, someone who is great with customers as wells as the team they are leading. This position offers a base salary, with the opportunity to earn an additional $10k-$20k through sales commission, monthly incentive bonuses, and profit sharing.
Responsibilities Include:
Key Holder
Opening in mornings and closing a select number of evens during the week/weekend
Managing sales staff/showroom
Customer service
Tracking sales performance
Providing any and all support to your sales team
General managerial duties.
