Living Well Adult Day Health, part of The MENTOR Network, is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee daily transportation operations and ensure safe, reliable transport for program participants.
\nResponsibilities\n

Manage daily transportation operations and driver schedules
\n
- \n
Supervise and train drivers; conduct performance oversight
\n
- \n
Plan routes, pickups, drop-offs, and field trips
\n
- \n
Maintain van fleet and coordinate repairs and vendors
\n
- \n
Ensure DOT compliance, inspections, and licensing
\n
- \n
Track fuel usage and transportation budget
\n
- \n
Assist with transportation as needed
\n
- \n
Support client care and document services accurately
\n
\n

\nQualifications\n
- \n
- \n
High School Diploma
\n
- \n
Minimum 3 years of transportation experience (supervisory preferred)
\n
- \n
Experience with elderly or disabled populations
\n
- \n
Bilingual Spanish required
\n
- \n
Valid Driver’s License
\n
- \n
CPR/First Aid, Physical, TB test, CORI, Drug & Alcohol Screening
\n
