Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school district in Milford, NH is seeking four full-time School Psychologists to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This contract position covers the complete school year and offers the opportunity to work within a K-12 educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and mental health needs
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students exhibiting behavioral or emotional challenges
- Assist in crisis response and contribute to school-wide mental health initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations and district policies
Additional Opportunity:
- One full-time Specialist in Assessment of Intellectual Functioning (SAIF Psychologist) position available to provide in-depth assessments and consultative services
Qualifications:
- Masters or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 students is preferred
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, especially in psychoeducational evaluations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse school teams and families
