Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.

  • Design, implement, and monitor behaviour support plans in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.

  • Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians and other staff members involved in client care.

  • Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with organisational policies.

  • Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions as necessary.

  • Ensure all programmes adhere to legal, ethical, and organisational standards related to behaviour analysis.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behaviour analysis methodologies.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong IT skills for maintaining accurate records and using specialised software for data collection and analysis.

  • Proven leadership abilities to supervise staff members and guide programme development.

  • Expertise in developing comprehensive care plans that are personalised to individual client needs.

  • Analytical thinking skills for assessing behavioural data and adjusting interventions accordingly.
