Instructional Aides Flexible Per Diem Opportunities | Peachtree Corners, GA

Responsibilities:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings
• Provide personalized support following teachers directions for 1:1 or small group instruction

• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs to promote a safe learning environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Compliance with school district health requirements, including TB testing
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting assignment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certifications such as CPI, PMT, or RBT are advantageous but not required
• A reliable, patient, and collaborative approach to teamwork and student support
