<li>Follow individualized care plans for residents by working closely with nursing staff.</li>
<li>Provide safe bedside care and support to residents in a facility.</li>
<li>Assist patients with daily activities including eating, dressing, ambulating, etc.</li>
<li>Establish a special connection with residents through empathy and relationship building techniques.</li>
<li>Monitor patients’ conditions, respond to calls for assistance.</li>
<li>Help patients bathe and maintain proper hygiene, feed patients.</li>
