Job Description

Industrial Sewing Machine Operator (Sewing Only Position)

Mountain Ridge Gear is seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our family-owned shop in Peyton, Colorado. This position is temporary (3-6 months) but could be long-term depending on our workload.

Requirements:

Experience operating industrial sewing machines, including:
- Double-needle machines
- Binding machines
- Bartackers
Ability to sew zippers, bartack nylon webbing handles, and assemble a variety of sewn products.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Willingness to work efficiently; speed will develop as techniques and processes are learned.
Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to Peyton, CO.
Ability to work well as part of a small, close-knit team.
