Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and assisting with orders, questions, and general inquiries. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer 50–100 inbound calls per day in a professional and courteous manner
-Assist customers with placing orders, answering questions, and resolving concerns
-Accurately record and process customer orders
-Submit orders for processing and scheduling
-Research and review previous orders as needed to support customer requests
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving
