Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week acute care hospital assignment on a Wed–Sat day shift schedule.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting in an Occupational Therapy unit
- 10-hour day shifts, Wednesday through Saturday
- Cerner EMR used at this facility
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active OT license required (license required if applicable); pending licenses will not be accepted
- Minimum 2 years of OT experience required
- Current BLS certification required; pending certifications will not be accepted
- Cerner EMR experience
- A driver's license is required for consideration
- 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
Additional Information
- Burgundy scrubs required
- Travelers are expected to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's); holiday time off will be considered but is not guaranteed
- Candidates must not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facility within the past year; candidates placed PRN through outside firms will be considered
