Seeking a Construction Project Manager experienced in commercial electrical applications.

Requirements

- Valid Driver's License.

- Commercial Electrical experience.

- Project Management experience.

- Ability to delegate men across different jobs and tasks according to skill level to keep jobs manned and on schedule.

- Ability to communicate effectively with crews, other trades, our office, and general contractors / inspectors, etc.

- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA compliant workplace.

- Organized and detail-oriented.

- Ability to keep up with more than one project at a time.

- Ability to work with Fire Alarm, Communications, Security, and other systems.

- Ability to schedule equipment delivery, second-tier subcontractors, third party testing, utility hookups, and inspections.

Required Skills

- Common sense.

- Construction site safety.

- General Construction knowledge.

- General Electrical knowledge.

- Conduit bending and installation.

- Wire pulling and termination.

- Equipment operation (manlift, forklift, skid-steer, excavator, etc.)
