Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Duration: 6 Months

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to drive technical excellence and support manufacturing operations. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can lead complex engineering tasks, optimize processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex manufacturing engineering projects with multiple interdependent components
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement
• Proactively identify risks/issues and develop innovative solutions where standard practices may not exist
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure seamless process integration and execution
• Support and review verification & validation (V&V) activities
• Apply new methods, tools, and engineering approaches to enhance production performance
• Participate in peer reviews to validate technical decisions and project direction

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and process dynamics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex technical challenges
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
