Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct services to students including counseling and intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective behavioral and academic interventions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a comprehensive approach to student support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided.
- Develop and deliver professional development workshops for staff on mental health and wellness.
