Any Lab Test Now is looking for exceptional phlebotomy to join our team! If you want to be part of a growing company, have a great attitude, and have pride in what you do, then we want to meet you. We are looking for someone highly MOTIVATED, responsible, and a team player. Sales experience is a plus. We are a walk-in retail lab facility with over 8,000 tests. We provide opportunities for customers to take control of their lab work and other health care needs. No Doctor script needed. REQUIRED:
* One years of recent experience of drawing blood
* Skilled in patient interaction and ability to show empathy when needed
* Ensures specimen integrity by adhering to the laboratory's procedures for specimen collection handling and processing.
* Outgoing personality with leadership experience
* Ability to make outbound and inbound calls to businesses and customers to explain our services
* Ability to sell our products and services
* Phone skills
* Some knowledge of common blood tests
* Ability to easily multi-task in a fast pace medical retail environment
* Computer skills- usage of MS Word and Email. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
* Organizational skills- track inventory, keep records, order supplies
* Utilizes job knowledge, judgment and problem solving skills to ensure quality
* Dependable and reliable

DESIRED:
* Experience with Quest or Lab Corp
* Experience doing drug screens

Hours for the position are as follows:
Flexible Full-time Monday - Friday 8:00AM- 6:00PM, two Saturdays a month 8:00AM - 1:00PM
