Job Description
Social Media Account Managers are responsible for handling all aspects of our social media service. This includes onboarding the client to the service via an initial kick off call to review goals & preferences, assisting the client with sharing of management access to channels, setup of new channels, and optimization of existing channels. SMAMs divide implementation of the service across the team into writing content, creating graphics + videos to go with the content, and scheduling posts. SMAM’s are also responsible for our “community” posting service, which involves ideating, writing, and scheduling 10-12 posts per month for grouped lists of clients in our core industries (dental, veterinary, optometry, chiropractic). SMAM’s are expected to communicate with clients via email & phone as necessary/preferred by the client.
Currently, we are looking for a SMAM who will primarily be focused on graphics creation, as well as assisting with client communication in kick off calls and ongoing social media related inquiries.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
- Compensation range: $22/hour + monthly bonus, based on experience

Experience Required
- Experience navigating, using, and interacting with top social media platforms
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience in graphic design for social media, preferably using Canva
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
Even Better If You Also Have
- Customer service experience with repeat clients
- Proven experience managing social media for a business (ideally Facebook or Instagram)
- Experience/comfort with using AI tools to assist in social media management
- Birdeye Experience
- Paid social advertising experience
- Any additional social media certifications
Skills Candidates for this position should have strong graphic design skills and experience managing social media pages (preferably for businesses). They should be problem-solvers with good written & verbal communication, be organized, use good time management practices, and be self-starting.
