Kiddie Academy of Woodbury is opening soon, and we’re building an exceptional team to launch our brand-new state-of-the-art childcare center. We are currently hiring for multiple positions, including:

• Teacher’s Aides

• Assistant Teachers

• Lead Teachers

• Center Cook / Kitchen Manager

What You’ll Do

Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:

Teachers (Aide, Assistant, Lead)

• Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment

• Support daily routines, classroom management, and learning activities

• Assist with curriculum implementation based on Kiddie Academy standards

• Communicate positively with children, families, and teammates

• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow health/safety guidelines

• Lead Teachers: Plan curriculum, guide assistant staff, and support compliance with licensing standards

Cook / Kitchen Manager

• Prepare healthy, kid-friendly meals and snacks based on provided menus

• Manage food inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization

• Follow safety, sanitation, and allergy-awareness guidelines

• Coordinate meal delivery to classrooms and support efficient daily operations

• Love working with children and contributing to a positive learning environment

• Bring strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills

• Are reliable, responsible, and committed to safety

• Are excited to grow with a new center

Preferred Qualifications (varies by position)

• Experience in childcare, early education, or food service

• CDA, AA/BA in Early Childhood Education (preferred for Lead Teachers)

• Training in CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to meet State of Minnesota licensing requirements
