Job DescriptionThe NetSuite Business Analyst is responsible for bridging business needs with NetSuite ERP capabilities, optimizing system use, and supporting the company’s mission to streamline and enhance business operations. This role focuses on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, configuring NetSuite solutions, and driving process improvements. The NetSuite Business Analyst will work closely with department stakeholders to ensure NetSuite is leveraged effectively to meet organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties, Skills, Responsibilities, and Expectations:
Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand and document business processes, pain points, and requirements related to NetSuite.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for NetSuite configuration and enhancements.
NetSuite Configuration & Optimization:
- Configure NetSuite modules, custom fields, forms, workflows, and roles to align with business requirements.
- Support the implementation of new NetSuite features, modules, and integrations.
- Partner with technical teams to test, validate, and deploy NetSuite solutions.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
User Support & Training:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related support questions and issues.
- Provide user training and documentation to ensure effective system adoption and usage.
- Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical problems as needed.
System Maintenance & Upgrades:
- Assist with system audits, data integrity checks, and ongoing maintenance tasks.
- Support system upgrades and new release testing to ensure business continuity.
Project Management:
- Participate in NetSuite-related projects, including system enhancements, module rollouts, and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Compliance & Security:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols, including user access management and audit trails
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- NetSuite Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on business process analysis, configuration, and reporting.
- Core NetSuite Skills: Proficiency in configuring and maintaining NetSuite ERP modules (e.g., Financials, CRM, Inventory Management), creating workflows, saved searches, and reports.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial and operational processes (AP, AR, GL, inventory management) to align NetSuite solutions with organizational needs.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with experience analyzing business processes and system data to drive improvements.
- Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and basic understanding of SuiteScript preferred.
Required Education and/or Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications: NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Business Analyst certifications are a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Position is fully remote to the US only
- Ability to accommodate multiple time zones with primary ET (EST/EDT)
- Dedicated workspace and high-speed internet
- Frequent video conference/email/chat
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Maintaining a stationary position for up to 50% of the workday
- Consistently operate a computer and other productivity equipment, including keyboard, webcam, and document scanner
- Clarity of vision of 30” or less
- Ability to perceive sound in the capacity of oral communication
- Exertion of up to 10 lbs. of force as related to lifting or moving of objects
Compensation for this role will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, and competencies. The Company will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county, and state requirements.
