Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a well-established infusion pharmacy team in Little Rock, AR. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering competitive compensation, relocation assistance, and the chance to make a meaningful impact through strong leadership.

Site Details:

• Staff includes 3.5 pharmacists (plus the PIC) and 11 pharmacy technicians
• Pharmacy software system: CPR+
• Supportive leadership structure and collaborative environment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 2 years of infusion pharmacy experience
• At least 2 years of management or leadership experience
• Prior experience as a Pharmacist in Charge (Infusion PIC) strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and inspire pharmacy teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing daily operations and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Provide clinical guidance and leadership to pharmacists and technicians
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
• Ensure accurate preparation and dispensing of infusion medications
• Oversee quality assurance, inventory, workflow, and patient safety initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure optimal outcomes

Licensure:

• Active Arkansas Pharmacist License preferred (The client is willing to assist a qualified candidate with obtaining AR licensure quickly)
