We're currently looking to add a Manager to our Client Accounting Services practice.


CAS Manager


Frankels CAS team is built on collaboration, trust, and a genuine commitment to helping clients succeed. We partner closely with business owners to deliver accurate accounting, financial reporting, and payroll supportwhile providing insights that drive confident decision-making.


As a CAS Manager, you will play a key leadership role in managing client relationships, overseeing engagements, and delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services. You will also mentor team members, improve processes, and help scale our CAS offerings through efficient use of technology.


Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services
Review and analyze financial statements, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure client financials are prepared in accordance with GAAP and applicable standards
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions
Lead, mentor, and develop team members; review work and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with CAS leadership to meet client needs and improve service delivery
Identify and resolve complex accounting issues and implement effective solutions
Maintain and improve client processes, procedures, and documentation
Leverage technology (including QuickBooks Online) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
Coordinate with tax and audit teams to provide a seamless client experience
Manage workload across engagements, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment


Required Qualifications

5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting
Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting best practices
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions
Experience leading, mentoring, and developing team members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative, team-oriented attitude


Preferred Qualifications
CPA license (or actively pursuing)
6+ years of experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Experience participating in professional, civic, or community organizations
