A Day In The Life:
- Build and maintain pipelines of top physicians, APPs, and healthcare leaders across multiple specialties.

- This role will consistently be given new requisitions and roles to work, rather than relying on finding new business (no need to be a full desk recruiter).

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and highly skilled Healthcare Recruiter with 3–5+ years of experience recruiting physicians, APPs, and senior-level healthcare leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record of filling hard-to-find roles, and brings strong industry knowledge to effectively engage and place top healthcare talent.
This is a full-time hybrid role based out of our Gilbert, AZ office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare leadership roles.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using sourcing strategies, networking, referrals, and digital tools.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, reference checks, and compensation discussions.
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and recruitment challenges.
- Present qualified candidates and manage the interview, feedback, and offer process.
- Use Loxo ATS to track candidate interactions, maintain data integrity, and manage job workflows.
- Develop sourcing campaigns and strategies for hard-to-fill roles across clinical and leadership specialties.
- Stay current on healthcare industry trends, licensure requirements, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience (physicians, APPs, and/or senior leadership required).
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinical roles, administrative roles, and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill or specialized healthcare positions.
- Experience working with an ATS (Loxo experience strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Motivated, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
