Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract-based opportunity is available for a speech-language pathology expert needed to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Hilton Head Island, SC. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive speech and language services to students to help improve their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language services through traditional and teletherapy platforms.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Experience in teletherapy and delivery of remote speech-language services.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or completed.
• Previous experience working in school-based settings, covering K-12 populations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs.
