Job Summary: Make a difference in a students life! We are looking for an Elementary Education Tutor for one on one in home tutoring, located about 5 minutes from Kohl's on Westminster Drive. Are you currently attending college? We prefer Elementary Education majors. Sessions will be two times per week between 4 and 6 PM. Tutoring looks great on a resume and it is very rewarding when your students achieve the results they want. Responsibilities:

<li>Help a student learn multiple elementary subjects</li>
<li>Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly</li>
<li>Offer guidance and support to help students improve their test-taking skills</li>
<li>Create a positive and engaging learning environment</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in higher education teaching or tutoring is preferred</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and expertise in the subjects mentioned above</li>
<li>GPA of 3.2 or higher if current student</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles</li>
<li>Patience and the ability to motivate students to achieve their academic goals</li>
