We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead residential land development projects in St. Peters, Missouri. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000–$115,000 (market-adjusted 10% increase) and focuses on project coordination, technical oversight, and client communication to ensure residential civil design projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential site development projects, including grading, drainage, and utility design in St. Peters, MO.
- Coordinate civil design schedules, deliverables, and technical resources across multiple projects.
- Review and oversee preparation of civil plans, reports, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to obtain permits and approvals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve design or permitting challenges to maintain project continuity.
Requirements
