Job Requirements:

<li>Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state </li>
<li>BLS &amp; ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) </li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg experience </li>
<li>Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills </li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team </li>
