RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through referrals, marketing campaigns & networking
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, and health)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and policy renewals
- Present and explain policy options in a clear and engaging way
- Follow up on leads and close sales
- Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
