Job Description

Position Summary

Ethic Tech is seeking an organized and proactive AV Program Coordinator & Quality Manager to oversee operational logistics, contract compliance, and strict quality governance for our Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) Audio-Visual (AV) support contract.

This dual-focus role serves as the central operational hub and the primary authority on Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC). You will connect MARSOC stakeholders, our on-site technical installation team, and corporate management-ensuring that all deliverables not only meet strict timeline milestones but also adhere to rigorous technical, physical security, and operational quality baselines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Mission Scheduling

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for MARSOC stakeholders regarding technical service requests, project milestones, and routine maintenance access.
  • Develop and manage the master installation and maintenance schedule, coordinating closely with unit leadership to ensure technical work does not conflict with active mission briefings or training cycles.
  • Track program operational metrics, open service tickets, and response times to ensure continuous compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Quality Assurance & Compliance Management

  • Establish, implement, and maintain the program's Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure all installations, wiring, hardware configurations, and maintenance routines conform to both military and commercial AV standards.
  • Conduct independent quality audits of newly integrated AV spaces, reviewing structural rigging, cable termination aesthetics, labeling accuracy, and system functionality before final government acceptance.
  • Define and track key quality metrics, identifying systemic hardware failures or procedural bottlenecks, and implement formal Corrective Action Plans (CAP) when variances occur.

Logistics, Supply Chain, & Technical Documentation

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement pipeline for specialized AV hardware, tracking warranties, and coordinating Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) to minimize operational downtime.
  • Maintain the single source of truth for technical documentation, including equipment inventory tracking, software/firmware licensing logs, and configuration baselines.
  • Compile, audit, and draft comprehensive Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and contract data deliverables, ensuring all technical narratives accurately reflect the high standard of work performed..

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or technical operations management, with a clear focus on Quality Management within a Department of Defense (DoD) or high-stakes commercial technical environment.
  • Must be knowledgeable in enterprise IT or commercial AV environments.
  • Must understand commercial AV baselines (e.g., AVIXA standards) and military facility requirements to effectively evaluate the quality of engineering designs, rack builds, and physical installations.
  • Proven experience executing structured Quality Control Plans (QCP), building inspection checklists, and managing formal root-cause analysis processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP or CAPM certification.
  • American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification, demonstrating familiarity with structured IT Service Management frameworks.

Key Competencies

  • Passionate about operational excellence, technical precision, and procedural compliance; unwilling to compromise on the quality of the final deliverable.
  • Able to translate technical status updates and quality metrics into concise business prose for military leadership and corporate executives.

Citizenship and Security Clearance

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must have an active Secret security clearance.

Work Environment

  • 10%-25% travel required.
