Volt is immediately hiring for Manufacturing Supervisor in Colorado Springs, CO.



Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of manufacturing leadership with various types of manufacturing machinery and tools (machining, fabricating, welding, etc.)
  • Prior experience in lean manufacturing
  • Working knowledge of ERP / MRP systems
  • High School Diploma



As a Manufacturing Supervisor you will:

  • Responsible for machining, fabricating, welding, assembling, or for the processing operations required in the production of the finished product, goods, or services of the organizational unit.
  • Supervise staff to produce manufactured products and organize and monitor workflow.
  • Accomplish manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow to the Director of Manufacturing.
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production issues and escalate issues to the Director of Manufacturing as needed.
  • Create and justify purchase requisitions for items to support the manufacturing teams.



This is a Full-Time / Direct Hire opportunity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 salaried exempt



*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
