Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Advance your vascular ultrasound expertise in a professional outpatient and inpatient clinic serving patients across all ages. This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced vascular technologists or sonographers passionate about quality care and collaboration in a dynamic clinical setting.
Schedule:
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Weekend rotation (vascular ultrasound coverage: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, as scheduled)
- No on-call or call-back requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ dedicated vascular ultrasound experience
- Credentialed as ARDMS Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or CCI Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS)
- Current BLS certification
- Proficient in EPIC EMR usage
- Familiarity with VascuPro reporting system preferred
- Expertise in vascular studies: carotid, upper/lower arterial and venous, DVT/reflux, vein mapping, renal, mesenteric, AAA, endograft, aorta, PVR/segmental pressures, hemodialysis and bypass grafts
- Experience with Philips Epic Elite and Parks PVR/Segmental Pressures equipment
- Adaptable to float to High Point outpatient lab if required
- Open to first-time travelers committed to patient care
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound examinations, including both standard and advanced protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret and report findings using established systems and EMR
- Deliver patient-centric, efficient care, maintaining high-quality imaging standards
- Support a positive department culture through teamwork, knowledge sharing, and flexibility
- Contribute to a traveler-friendly, team-oriented work environment
